Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administrative duties and coordination
- Manage files, records, and document organization
- Assist with email communication and basic data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Support scheduling, appointments, and office follow-ups
- Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
- Welcome visitors and guide candidates/students when required
- Coordinate with team members for operational tasks
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, Excel)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
