They will collaborate with variousprofessionals so it s essential that they have excellentcommunication skills and feel comfortable working in a teamenvironment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the teamto achieve specificgoals.

Ultimatelythe Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a highperformancesales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve Sales targetQuota.

Responsibilities:

• Managethe Business Development Specialist representativesteam.
  
• Tracksales targets for your team and at the individuallevel.
  
• Ensureendtoend sales with conversion and revenuegeneration.
  
• Reporton sales metrics and suggestimprovements.
  
• Preparemonthly quarterly and annual salesforecasts.
  
• Researchand discover methods to increase customerengagement.
  
• Buildan opencommunication environment for yourteam.
  
• Presentpromote and sell products/services using solid Negotiation toexisting and prospectivecustomers.
  
• Liaisewith Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brandconsistency and increasesales
  
• Performcostbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers tomeet theirneeds.
  
• Establishdevelop and maintain positive business and customerrelationships
  
• Reachout to customer leads through multiple touch points/ coldcalling/Online/and convert them intorevenue.
