    1. Monitoring of Process & ProduceQuality of Milk & Milk Products.

    2. Effective utilization of Manpower& Energy.

    3. Maintain Safety Cleanliness and HygieneConditions.

    4. Implementation of SOPs and documentationas per ISO Norms.

    5. Adherence of CCP s Minimization ofOperational losses & leakages.

    6. Monitoring Quality Packing Storage& Preservation of Produced Products ontime.

    7. Monitoring Consumption of Consumables& Packing Materials.

    8. Enhance Skills levels of Team members byorganizing Intensive Training.

    9. Regular updation of Production Module inERP and Generate reports.
