    Aboutthe job:
     Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues have becomeincreasingly important for all stakeholders. TheEnergy & ESG Managed Services Team is responsible for client dataintegrity, advanced utility data management and validation. Engaging andsupporting clients at both the portfolio and property level, this team isresponsible for portfolio-level Energy & ESG reporting, utility consumptionand cost modeling, and providing strategic guidance with respect to net zerocarbon planning and targeting.

    The Team Lead supports the Manager, Energy & ESG Services witha range of team organization, planning and development activities (resource &workload management, hiring & onboarding, training, mentoring etc.) whilemaintaining a hands-on role delivering high-quality energy and sustainabilityrelated services to clients. They are also involved in improving processes, refiningtools, and bolstering team capability to ensure the delivery excellent work andsuccessful outcomes for our clients.

    What you'll be doing

    Key aspects of the role include:

  • Responsible for day-to-day prioritization, performance, and productivity of the operations of the team.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and understanding of client needs.
  • Develop and coach team members on best practices, training, documentation, and service delivery.
  • Provide recommendations for product & service enhancements to enable growth.
  • Be involved and support scope development and level of effort analysis.
  • Use creative thought leadership to design and execute plans for improvements to drive an efficient, high-quality, and consistent approach to service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate across the organization and within the Energy & Sustainability team.
  • Be involved in team level planning as well as other important discussions/decisions related to team-level operations.
  • Ensures their team is focused on the right things, are clear in expectations, and consistently delivers on their commitments to clients.

    • What you need

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+years of experience in managed services.
  • A strong interest in peoplemanagement and supporting the success of teams. Known for helping peers gainmore confidence and proficiency in their roles through your accessibility,willingness to collaborate and supportive nature.
  • Has a track record ofsuccessfully delivering quality analysis and complex technical deliverables fora variety of projects.
  • Capable of successfullydeveloping and executing plans to ensure projects are completed on time andwithin budget.
  • Excellent time management,decision-making and critical thinking skills with an eye for continuousimprovement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal,communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate andinspire team collaboration for continued growth.
  • Experience with SQL, MSOffice suite and products such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
