    Description

    Mandatory Work from Office - Monday to friday, good availability on weekends.

    Should have good hands-on Experience

    Should have at least 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM
    • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
    • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
    • Design, customize, configure and test MM.
    • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
    • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
    • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
    • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
    • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
    • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
    • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
    • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
    • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
    • Ariba procurement Buying (Procure-to-Pay): Catalogs, Requisitions, Approval, Managing Purchase Orders, Receipts, Invoice reconciliations.
    • Knowledge of SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, creating Auctions, Events, Supplier Bidding process.
    • Knowledge of Creation, Modification and closure of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP/Ariba
    • Understanding of routing and approval process of approvable documents like invoices and requisitions by defined approval rules.
    • Knowledge of Proxy or delegation setup for approvers.
    • Ariba Core Administration role: Providing appropriate roles and accesses to SAP Ariba end users.
    • Knowledge of Ariba On-demand Procurement Solutions: SAP Ariba Buying, SAP Ariba Catalog.
    • Knowledge of master data and transactional data integration of Ariba with SAP ECC.
    • Knowledge Procure-to-pay cycle functionality in both SAP ECC and Ariba P2P.
    • Good understanding of Special Procurement processes in MM like Consignment, Intra-company and intercompany STO.
    • Understanding of Doc and ALE for business transaction data flow between SAP and other systems.
    • Knowledge on Output determination setup for purchasing documents.
    • Release Procedures for Purchase order.
    • Master Data: Creating of Material Master, Purchasing Info record, Source Lists, Creating Vendor Master Records, Defining Terms of Payment.
    • Knowledge on utilizing CHARM (Transport) tool and procurement process/SAP ECC.
    • End user training and documentation of user manual, training materials.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
    • Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring MM modules.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
    • Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset
    • Understanding of accounting business processes.
    • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
    • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
    • Must be results-oriented, and demonstrate a Dzcan-dodz attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
