    Job Role : Head of Finance

    Job Roles & Responsibilities:


    • A track record of accomplishment in accounting and finance, including management or leadership responsibilities, with at least 15 years of experience.


    • Background in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial planning.


    • An established record of effectively supervising audits, managing financial operations, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.


    • Competence in risk assessment, capital allocation, and strategic financial management.


    • A strategic mindset capable of fostering sustained growth by coordinating financial tactics with overarching business goals.


    • Background in project financing, IT, DGFT, corporate finance, fundraising, credit rating, and GST issues.


    • A compliance-focused mentality emphasizing regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.


    • Integrity and ethical standards in financial management, which include openness, responsibility, and conformity to moral precepts and corporate governance guidelines.


    • Sound decision-making skills with an emphasis on maximizing return on investment, minimizing risks, and optimizing financial performance.


    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to work across functional boundaries, deliver financial reports, and communicate with government agencies, consultants, accounting firms, and stakeholders.

    Desired Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Master's degree in Finance.
    • Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent is highly desirable.
    • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.

    Experience : 15 to 25 Years in related industries.

    Age : 38 to 50 Years Candidate Preferred.

    Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Chemical / Plastic.
