    Job Description:Seeking an experienced React Native Developer to pioneer thedevelopment of a crossplatform mobile application catering to theunique healthcare needs of seniors. This role requires someoneadept at crafting intuitive and accessible user interfaces whilenavigating the compliance and approval processes of the AndroidPlay Store and iOS App Store.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. App Development:Take charge of developing a React Native mobile app tailored forsenior healthcare needs ensuring a seamless userexperience.
    2. Design and Layout: Utilize advancedstyling techniques to create userfriendly interfaces suitable forolder adults.
    3. Collaboration: Work closely withUX designers business analysts architects and backend teams tointegrate APIs seamlessly and maintain a cohesivedesign.
    4. Store Compliance andApproval:
    • Ensurecompliance with guidelines from the Android Play Store and iOS AppStore.
    • Manage the app submission processaddressing any issues to secureapproval.
    1. Security andPrivacy: Implement robust data security and privacy measuresparticularly for handling Personally Identifiable Information(PII).

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in ReactNative principles including JSX components state andprops.
    • Strong command of JavaScript includingES6 and newer features.
    • Experience indeveloping chatfocused applications and integrating with mobilitysolutions.
    • Deep understanding of mobileperformance considerations such as memory optimization andefficient data fetching.
    • Detailed knowledge ofplatform nuances between iOS andAndroid.
    • Proficiency in state managementsolutions like Redux or ContextAPI.
    • Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services JiraGithub and Azure DevOps Services.
    • App StoreKnowledge:
    • Experience with Android Play Storeand iOS App Store submission and approvalprocesses.
    • Led the development of at least twocrossplatform mobile apps from inception. Privacy andSecurity:
    • Knowledgeable about data privacy lawsand adept at implementing secure coding practices for PIIdata.
    • Leadership: Previous experience inleading development teams.
