    Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

    The candidate should possess mandatory ServiceNow experience.

    This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing custom applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow.

    This includes configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to align with ITIL processes and best practices, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

    The ideal candidate will have up to 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., GlideScript, Jelly). Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules is also required, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.

    A strong problem-solving and analytical skillset is necessary, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
