- Convert plans and requirements into ontime, quality releases working in tandem with the engineering team
- Monitor user engagement metrics, including core vitals, traffic, and engagement, Constantly scrutinize the online experience, ensuring that customer outcomes are met with the experiential elements. Utilize analytics to suggest improvements.
- Prioritize and complete multiple tasks with minimal direction, a sense of intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and positivity.
- Institute performance measurement for core product features that help improve the product.
- Engineering/CS degree and some experience writing software in the past
- Min 5 years of industry experience specifying, building, and supporting largescale distributed analytics systems in production.
- Strong technical, and architectural understanding of analytics and SaaS products with a modern tech stack.
- Experience building dataheavy web applications, charting applications, and asynchronous data handling using REST APIs and experience with technologies like React, Redux, D3, etc.
- Ability to make smart features vs. timetomarket tradeoffs by using data and metrics to back up assumptions, and assertions of business value.
- Write detailed product requirements (PRDs, Jira stories) that reduce iterations with engineering to build features
- Be able to improve agility and quality in the productbuilding process.
