    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Design Cafe in Hyderabad, specifically at our Gachibowli Center.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in inside sales or similar roles, preferably from industries such as Interior Design Firms, Real Estate, Ed-tech, Retail, or Automotive.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule high-quality leads for sales.
    • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
    • Build a strong pipeline by establishing relationships with prospects.
    • Own the customer experience from the initial interaction to closure.
    • Meet sales targets by working closely with a talented team of interior designers.
    • Upsell services when opportunities arise.
    • Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner.
    • Manage a large number of outbound calls efficiently.
    • Document all call information in the CRM according to standard operating procedures.
    • Meet personal qualitative and quantitative targets.

    Strategic Initiatives

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
    • Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure.
    • Driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
    • Customer experience and relationship management.
    • Resolving customer queries.
    • Generating sales reports.

    Qualifications

    • A graduate degree in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or similar roles.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong listening and presentation skills.
