    **Global Sales Manager for Automation Technologies**

    As a Global Sales Manager for Automation Technologies, you will be responsible for creating and managing opportunities in CRM, continuously engaging with cement customers, and contributing to proposals that reflect FLSmidth's best practices in cement domain.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Conduct site audits for Digital/Control Automation upgrades and offer new solutions to global sites worldwide.
    • Participate in technical discussions with customers and consultants to create value-based selling opportunities for FLSmidth.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure error-free solutions adhering to FLS standards.
    • Register requests in the CRM system according to established procedures.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Develop proposals using FLSmidth standard tools.
    • Follow up on quotes and close sales of products.
    • Update and register information on the CS SharePoint site.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies.
    • Prepare technical proposals for Control & Quality Automation for Cement Industries.
    • Organize input for Tender Specific / Green Field / Upgrade Proposals to ensure complete automation design.
    • Complete assigned jobs with desired quality and on time.
    • Interpret flow sheets, general arrangement drawings, and plot plans for Green Field Proposals.

    **Requirements:**

    • Basic knowledge of automation products like PLCs.
    • Basic knowledge of FLSmidth Digital/Control & Quality Automation Solutions like QCX, Robolab, Auto Transport, and ECS.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Knowledge of data visualization software like Power BI.
    • Facilitation skills to drive data improvement project deployment across geographies.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience working in a multi-cultural/geographical team setup.

    **Education and Experience:**

    • Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, or instrumentation engineering from a reputable university.
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
