- Providing resolution of routine support issues andescalating recurring questions and support issues to the SalesPlatform Leader for future action.
- Liaise withother senior managers for more advanced user support and/ortroubleshooting.
- Provide regular updates tothe UX team on user feedback to specific sales platform features orfunctions issues and/or needs for additional training and sharesideas for continually improving business and supportprocesses.
- Implement minor enhancements onsales platforms monthly based on user feedback.
- Utilize and improve upon functional excellence practicesand Global Sales Enablement tools.
- Collaboratewith Global Sales Enablement teams to increase tool adoption and topromote enhancements.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Salesforce or equivalent Salestools
- Familiarity with MS Office PowerBI
- Experience working in a sales organization(sales representative sales support) preferred.
- Experience working in customer service or supportpreferred.
