We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Manager who will lead solution engagements and drive new business explorations in strategic areas Continue to spearhead our strategic collaboration initiatives with customers,Solution manager responsibilities include architecting end-to-end telecommunications solutions covering Kubernetes, 5G Core,EIC/EIAP , OpenStack , OpenShift , Cloud Native , Cloud RAN technologies ensuring smooth integration into existing telecom environments.
,Maintain lab environments for PoCs demos trials validation activities coordination Local Ops teams Evaluate select integrate appropriate technology stacks ensuring scalability performance security interoperability Define enforce architectural standards best practices design guidelines future-ready network architecture Stay updated industry trends emerging technologies recommend innovative enhancements Provide technical leadership mentorship guiding teams complex architectural challenges resolving technical roadblocks fostering knowledge sharing skill development Drive growth delivery developing competency plans Ericsson product lines defining team roadmaps aligned lifecycle ensuring timely achievement commitments milestones Lead creation review technical documentation including architecture diagrams design documents operational procedures Act primary liaison customers articulating solution designs trade-offs collaborating sales/pre-sales teams deliver cost-effective proposals Provide governance engaging leadership progress risks conducting market research evaluating project feasibility risks profitability data-driven recommendations Ensure financial efficiency maintaining strong awareness assessing implications recommending optimization strategies equipment infrastructure services .
- Recommended bachelor's degree telecommunications related field.
- Proven experience telecom solid understanding telecom equipment environment services.
