    About the Role:
    We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Supervisor Developer to join our team at smartwork-it-services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Troubleshoot and resolve existing problems on the ServiceNow platform.
    - Identify and assess technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
    - Manage development deliverables using an Agile Framework and strict SLA timelines.
    - Collaborate with customers across various time zones to provide exceptional support.
    - Develop new solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to coding best practices and quality standards.
    Required Qualifications:
    - 4-6 years of total IT experience, with a strong background in software development and support.
    - Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience, with a focus on ITSM, SPM, CSM, and IntegrationHub modules.
    - BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
    - ServiceNow Certifications - CSA (Customer Service Agent).
    Preferred Skills:
    - ITIL Foundation V3 or v4 certification.
    - ServiceNow Certifications - CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SPM.
    - Experience working with technical aspects of ServiceNow, including JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP, and REST.
    Technical Requirements:
    - Strong understanding of ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows, and ACLs.
    - Experience with code debugging techniques and writing high-quality code.
    - Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Scoped applications.
    Working Conditions:
    - Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours, as required by the project timeline.
    - Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
