We are currently seeking a talented Contract IT Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment on a contract basis. As a Contract IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals for contract positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for contract roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Manage the offer negotiation process and facilitate the onboarding of selected candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with IT professionals to establish a robust talent pipeline for future contract opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment to enhance sourcing and screening strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a contract or temporary staffing environment.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing IT professionals in contract roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
