Tech Striker is looking for a HubSpot CRM and RevOps Specialist to manage CRM setup, data structure, pipelines, and reporting for HubSpot clients. This role is responsible for ensuring clean CRM architecture, accurate reporting, and alignment between sales and marketing processes during onboarding and ongoing engagements.

Location: Sector 67, Mohali

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage HubSpot CRM architecture

Configure pipelines, properties, and dashboards

Ensure data quality and CRM adoption

Work closely with the Project Manager and Marketing Automation team

Support onboarding and ongoing CRM improvements

Requirements

Hands on experience with HubSpot CRM

Strong understanding of CRM data models and pipelines

Experience with reports, dashboards, and basic automation

Ability to understand sales and marketing processes

Good communication and documentation skills

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master degree in IT, Business, or a related field Experience

Minimum 2-4 years' experience in working with CRM systems

Minimum 1 year's experience working on HubSpot CRM.

Experience supporting onboarding and implementation projects
