The VideoEditor plays a crucial role in our organization responsible forcreating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand andengages our audience. KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withthe creative team to understand project requirements and executevideo editing tasks accordingly
• Edit rawfootage into polished and engaging video content incorporatingmusic graphics and special effects asneeded
• Ensure all visual content aligns withbrand guidelines and effectively communicates the intendedmessage
• Manage and organize video files andassets for easy access and future use
• Stayupdated on industry trends and best practices to continuouslyimprove video editing techniques
• Participate inbrainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and conceptsfor video projects
• Work efficiently under tightdeadlines while maintaining high standards forquality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gatherfeedback and make necessary revisions to videocontent
• Communicate with stakeholders tounderstand project requirements and provide regular updates onproject progress
• Contribute to the developmentof video strategies and concepts that align with organizationalgoals
• Remain attentive to details to achieveprecise and accurate visual effects andtransitions
• Provide technical support for videoequipment and software as needed
• Adhere tocopyright regulations and obtain necessary permissions for musicfootage and other elements used in videocontent
• Participate in postproduction processessuch as color correction and audioadjustments
• Optimize video content for variousplatforms and formats ensuring compatibility and quality across allchannels

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inFilm Media or related field
• Proven experienceas a video editor or in a similar creativerole
• Proficiency in video editing software suchas Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinciResolve
• Advanced understanding of video editingtechniques including pacing transitions and visualstorytelling
• Strong portfolio demonstratingcreative and professional video editingprojects
• Knowledge of graphic design principlesand experience in creating motiongraphics
• Ability to work with various videoformats codecs and file types
• Excellent timemanagement skills and ability to prioritize taskseffectively
• Good communication andcollaboration skills to work effectively in a teamenvironment
• Attention to detail and commitmentto delivering highquality visualcontent
• Understanding of copyright laws andlicensing for music footage and other creativeassets
• Proficiency in audio editing and sounddesign is a plus
• Experience with 3D animationand visual effects software is a plus
