Job Description:
IT planning VP would be working on resource management (Hiring), reporting on project Progress, Project Budget Utilization / Forecast, Expense Budget Utilization/Forecast, Resource Utilization / Forecast.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the overall ASO planning working closely with ASO management and MES managementManaging resource forecast with support required in hiring processManage resource availability as per demandMaintain and update status of active projectsGather data about project progress and produce reports for managementPlan training of team membersSupport IT development team by creating project plans, tracking resource utilization and documentationPerform IT asset procurement, payment and asset capitalizationCompare actuals to forecast at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances.
Should have excellent reporting skills using either office automation tools or specific software.Competencies Needed:
Agile project managementExperience in project budget, finance & progress managementGood to have Experience / Knowledge of DevOpsHave Project Management skills based on standard Project Management frameworkHave experience of working with cross cultural work environment beyond IndiaHave a mindset and skills to solve issues by himself/herselfMatured time management skill to meet continuous deadlinesGood Communication SkillsHaving excellent MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.

Any Graduate degree or above
Experience:
Minimum 14-15 years of relevant working experience in IT or related industry
