Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define the scope of projects
• Design and architect Appian solutions based on business requirements and best practices
• Develop custom components, processes, and interfaces using Appian's low-code development platform
• Lead and mentor a team of developers in implementing Appian solutions
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to ensure quality and consistency in development practices
• Perform system integration testing and support user acceptance testing
• Provide technical assistance and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Appian platform
• Appian Level 3 or higher certification
• Proficiency in Appian's BPMN and records-based data modeling
• Strong understanding of Appian architecture and best practices
• Experience with Appian integration technologies such as RESTful web services and LDAP
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
