    Description

    Position Name:
    Pega DPA Developer


    Location:
    Chennai, India

    Experience: 5+ Years

    Notice Period:
    Immediate to 15 days joiners


    Position Description:
    Works closely with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to understand the business needs, articulate and capture business requirements and priorities
    Develop and deliver quality software products that meet our customer's requirements and needs.
    Perform unit testing, functional and integration testing, performance and regression testing.
    Perform code and test reviews for peer Software Engineers
    Ensures the timely delivery of backlog items including development, and Operations Support delivery

    Works closely with Architect and Software Engineers to architect the solutions to the business need Supports in identifies of risks, and implementation of mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of risks.

    Ensures accordance to Ford IT processes and IT Policies.
    Ensures active participation in Daily Stand Up and other team agile ceremonies.


    Skills Required:
    4 plus years' experience in DPA & RPA development Knowledge in Java will be an added advantage
    Should coordinate with PDO teams, architects and vendors in developing and deploying the solutions
    Should be an individual contributor.
    Good communication skill.


    Experience Required:
    4 plus years of experience in RPA, DPA.
