- Manage and optimize database performance for our HCM application.
- Implement and oversee continuous integration and deployment practices.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of software releases, from development to production.
- Ensure system reliability and efficiency through effective automation and monitoring.
- Proven experience in database administration, preferably with SQL-based systems.
- Solid background in DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in managing software release cycles.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
