Job Title: Lead QA Automation

Job Description

As a Lead QA Automation, you will be responsible for writing scripts to automate testing and creating tools so developers can test their own code.

You should be able to navigate codebase, identify weak spots, and constantly design better and creative ways to break software and identify potential problems.

You will use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote proper engineering practice, bug prevention strategies, and testability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop automated test and test suite automation using object-oriented scripting languages.
Use BDD-Cucumber/TestNG preferably combined with strong experience in Selenium WebDriver.
Build a stable and reliable automated test.
Develop test hooks to monitor code health and system stability.
Identify key product indicators and build analytics that drive new features and improvements.
Assist with root-cause failures and indicator changes through automated analysis.

Requirements:

6-12 years of experience in software development and testing.
Experience in developing automated tests and test suites.
Strong knowledge of testing and testability.
Familiarity with BDD-Cucumber/TestNG and Selenium WebDriver.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
