We are multiplying our marketing efforts, and for that, we are looking for a Social Media Executive.

The role involves increasing our brand presence in international markets and taking over the growth of each channel.

Key Responsibilities

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business and brand goals
Work towards increasing brand awareness and brand recall of Supersourcing through social media.
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and product, to ensure brand consistency.
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Carousels, videos, memes)
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements and skills

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a social media executive, with a track record of enhancing brand presence and engaging diverse audiences.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, content management, and online marketing channels.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the aptitude to craft messages that inspire and engage.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret social media metrics, driving decisions that enhance performance and ROI.
Excellent multitasking skills, with a knack for managing various projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
