We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager with 1- 4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of technical projects from initiation to closure.
2. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
5. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
6. Lead project meetings and facilitate discussions to drive decisions and resolve issues.
7. Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
8. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
9. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote productivity and motivation.
10. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 1- 3 years of experience in technical project management or related role.
3. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
6. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
9. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
10. Knowledge of agile development practices is desirable.
