• She/He will be responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR services such as Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Design, Change Management & Workforce Planning
• Act as an advisor to Business Heads on their people issues and drive the people agenda
• Be an empathetic listener to employees and help deliver impactful interventions for them
• Ability to get a ground sense and share observations/ raise red flags to senior management
• Drive important capability building interventions such as succession planning for key roles, internal mobility,
• Act as a performance coach as well as an emotional wellbeing counsellor for employees
• Contribute in strategic HR projects
