Iconstruct Pvt. Ltd. is a 25+ years old, 50+ employees strong, Real Estate Development Company based out of Swargate, Pune. Our ongoing and upcoming projects are located on outskirts of Pune (Kanhe, Talegaon, Malkhed, etc.)

Responsibilities -

• Head the sales department for various ongoing projects (mainly plotting projects)
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones
• Hiring and training sales teams in different locations to keep up with sales goals
• Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets
• Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Manage, CRM, recovery and registrations

Skills -

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi (any 2 of 3 languages is ok)
• Commendable negotiation, influential and presentation skills
• Fair idea of the technical and legal aspects of real estate
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
• Basic computer knowledge i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sales CRM
• Ability to travel across varied locations on outskirts of Pune frequently
• Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills

6+ years of experience in on-field sales is must
