- Head the sales department for various ongoing projects (mainly plotting projects)
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones
- Hiring and training sales teams in different locations to keep up with sales goals
- Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishment of projected sales targets
- Customer Relationship Management - Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Manage, CRM, recovery and registrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi (any 2 of 3 languages is ok)
- Commendable negotiation, influential and presentation skills
- Fair idea of the technical and legal aspects of real estate
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- Basic computer knowledge i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sales CRM
- Ability to travel across varied locations on outskirts of Pune frequently
- Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills
