    Main Purpose of the RoleEcommerce Manager is responsible for planning, executing, analysing and improving all e-commerce activities in the designated market, oversees channel development and its day-to-day requirement.

    Collaborating with many stakeholders locally and regionally (information technology, sales, and operation), the role is accountable for achieving growth through effective and innovative e-commerce business strategies.

    Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, manage, and measure campaigns on all web/ecommerce channels.
    Use web analytics and business insights to understand sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
    Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyse data and measure results.
    Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms accordingly.
    Create and manage shop in accordance with campaigns and brand guidelines.
    Service Customer and ensure all customer and queries are attended to within the given timeframe.
    Identify online marketing opportunities to generate sales.
    Conduct extensive online research, always understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers.
    Track and optimize digital strategy to achieve higher growth and better customer experience.
    Assist in generating weekly dossier for Web Infringement.

    Job QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in online retail environment, developing and executing ecommerce strategy.
    Looking for an innovative and forward-thinking.
    Excellent numeracy, analysis and reporting skills - exceptionally strong with Excel.

    Strong Project/process management skillsHigh time management skills:
    ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
    Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model.
    Superior in verbal and written communication skills, copywriting skills are a plus.
    Actively listens and participates within a team environment.
    Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and related programs.
    English proficiency – business level.

    EducationDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in ecommerce, marketing, business, sales or

    related fields.
    Prior experience with Ecommerce platforms - Amazon , Myntra , Tata cliq , Ajio is preferred.
