    Description

    Job Title:
    Senior Legal Advisor

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced attorney to review and support the negotiation of various English language contracts, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, and Data Privacy Agreements, among others

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Review and amend US and English law contracts per guidelines.
    • Provide legal support across business lines, liaising professionally via email and Teams.
    • Negotiate with external parties to manage risk and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Use the Contract Lifecycle Management System (COMET).
    • Escalate complex issues according to protocols.
    • Maintain quality and understand financial/legal contract implications.
    • Adhere to service levels and company policies.
    • Participate in team meetings and comply with organizational requirements.
    • Undertake relevant training.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)

    Skills:

    • 4+ years' experience with services or software contracts.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Knowledge of US and/or English law contracts.
    • Strong organizational skills, flexible and adaptable.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Quick learner, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Knowledge of GDPR or US privacy laws is a plus.
    • Experience in financial services or corporate environment is an advantage.
