    Location- Tamil Nadu, Chennai (WFO)- need local candidates only.

    Experience- 3+ years.

    Relevant experience- 3 years is needed.

    Budget- 6-8 LPA (negotiable based on last CTC and interview)

    Notice period- Immediate-30 days (max)

    Interview process- F2F only.

    Job Description: -

    Generating sales leads by connecting with databases of corporates for the target list of customers.

    Own cold outreach with potential customers to prospect for new business.

    Present company profile and offerings to incoming leads and other prospects.

    Handle the discovery call with the customer to qualify and document requirements.

    Hand off qualified leads to the sales representative as appropriate with all the necessary details.

    Update the CRM application on a timely basis to input with the necessary lead related information and manage leads.

    Handle the logistics of the closing process including the contracting and onboarding of the client.

    Working alongside the sales team to meet various milestones and deadlines in the sales cycle.

    Maintain and develop relationships with customers through the project process.

    Be knowledgeable about the company's products, solutions, experience, and expertise, and be available. to assist clients through email, phone, presentations, and in-person meetings, when necessary.

    Invest in learning about industry trends and client trends.

    Utilizing market/company information to develop high-quality presentations. directed to prospective clients & existing accounts to generate business.

    Working alongside the sales team to meet various milestones and deadlines in the sales cycle.

    Connecting with sales leads - Researching about prospects & their needs.

    Searching for contact details through databases and internet search.

    Sending and following up on sales mailers.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in any discipline.

    Proven experience working as an inside sales specialist.

    Read, Write & Speak Local Language, Hindi & English.

    Zeal for making a career in sales.

    Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.

    Experience in enterprise sales and consultative selling is a must.

    Enthusiasm for the process of investigating, discovering and fulfilling client's needs.

    Experience in B2B IT Hardware Sales is a plus.

    Experience working with a CRM application.

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
