- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination services
- Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams of BIM specialists and coordinating with clients, architects, and construction teams
- Excellent knowledge of BIM modeling and coordination software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and construction teams
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Understanding of US building codes is must.
- Proficient in the English Language.
