Job Responsibility

 Preparation of Technical specification.

 Preparation of Deviation Statement, COS etc.

 Floating the tender/inquiry to short listed Contractors/Consultants or Agencies.

 Negotiations with contractors.

 Issue of Work Order/Agreement.

 Finalization of miscellaneous and extra items in coordination with the concerned site-incharge, purchase department and the contractor.

 Preparation of LOI/LOA.

 Knowledge of basics rates of material and maintain updated records.

 Item description and process knowledge.

 Rate analysis for all items (Civil, Finishing & Interiors).

 Knowledge of applicable taxes in construction contracts.

 Contract department process knowledge.

 Basic knowledge of import procedures / LC.

 Knowledge of Labour Laws, IS Specifications, Safety precautions associated with work.

 Able to access the duration of work and finalize it with the contractors.
