    Roles& Responsibilities:Interpret and implement HR policies regarding compensation andBenefits. Execute annual performanceappraisal annual performance bonus productivitylinked bonusIndustry benchmark benefits and stock options as per companypolicy. Develop compensation and rewardsstrategies for the employees. Prepare HRbudget and manpower cost as per annual businessplan. Perform salary reviews based on marketand sectorspecificbenchmarking.

    MandatoryRequirements:
    Knowledgeof preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for variousdepartments for differentgrades:You should know how tocreate payment packages and bonus plans for different parts of thecompany and for different levels ofemployees.

    Familiaritywith different kinds of benefits andincentives:You should befamiliar with various types of benefits and rewards given toemployees.

    Shouldhave experience of Job evaluation and Benefitsbenchmarking:You should haveexperience in assessing jobs and comparing the benefits offered toemployees with those offered by othercompanies.

    Shouldhave conducted at least three end to end PMScycles:You should havemanaged the entire performance management system process at leastthreetimes.

    Strongnumerical and quantitativeanalysis:You should be goodat working with numbers and doing detailed analysis usingnumbers.
