Overview:

The MobileAutomation position is integral to our organization as it focuseson enhancing the quality and performance of our mobile applicationsthrough automated testing. The role plays a vital part in ensuringthat our mobile products meet the highest standards in terms offunctionality usability and reliability.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to understand mobile application requirementsand develop automated test strategies.
• Createand maintain automated test scripts for mobile apps usingindustrystandard automation tools andframeworks.
• Identify prioritize and executetest cases across various mobile devices andplatforms.
• Analyze test results investigatefailures and report defects to ensure the production of highqualitymobile applications.
• Participate in continuousintegration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes to automatetesting and deployment pipelines.
• Stay updatedwith the latest trends and best practices in mobile automationtesting.
• Provide timely and detailed feedbackon test results and recommend improvements to enhance mobile appperformance.
• Contribute to the design andimplementation of mobile testing strategies and testplans.
• Work closely with developers and QAteams to address test automation and quality assuranceissues.
• Collaborate in the evaluation andselection of suitable mobile testing tools andframeworks.
• Assist in troubleshooting anddebugging mobile application issues across different devices andoperating systems.
• Participate in sprintplanning retrospective and daily standup meetings to align testingactivities with developmentschedules.
• Effectively communicate testingprogress test coverage and potential risks tostakeholders.
• Contribute to the creation andmaintenance of mobile test environments and testdata.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in mobile testing andtest automation for iOS and Androidplatforms.
• Demonstrated proficiency in usingautomation tools such as Appium Selenium or Espresso for mobile apptesting.
• Strong understanding of mobile testingframeworks (e.g. XCTest JUnitTestNG).
• Proficiency in programming languageslike Java Kotlin Swift or JavaScript.
• Solidgrasp of mobile application architectures design patterns and bestpractices.
• Experience with version controlsystems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g. JenkinsBitrise).
• Ability to write clear concise andcomprehensive test plans and testcases.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills with attention to detail.
• Goodunderstanding of agile methodologies and the software developmentlifecycle.
• Effective communication andcollaboration skills in a crossfunctional teamenvironment.
• Ability to adapt to fastpaceddevelopment processes and deliver highquality results under tightdeadlines.
• Familiarity with mobile performancetesting security testing and accessibility testing is aplus.
• Certifications in mobile testing and testautomation (e.g. ISTQB Mobile Testing Certified Appium Tester) areadvantageous.
• Passion for improving andinnovating mobile testing practices and contributing to the overallquality assurance strategy.
