    Responsibilities:

    Customer Acquisition Using Digital Platforms :

    • To attract new customers through various digital channels such as social media, search engines, display advertising, email marketing, content marketing etc.
    • Collaborate with external agencies to create compelling campaigns targeting specific audiences.
    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize them for maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).

    Customer Retention :
    Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn rates through personalized communication, loyalty programs, and targeted offers.

    • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to understand pain points and address them effectively, thereby improving overall customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Work closely with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues promptly.

    Upselling :

    • Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell additional products or services to existing customers through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Analyze customer purchase behaviour and preferences to recommend relevant products or bundles that align with their needs and interests.
    • Collaborate with other teams to develop upselling and crossselling strategies that drive incremental revenue growth.

    Studying Market Trends :

    • Conduct thorough competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, identify key competitors, and evaluate their marketing strategies and tactics.
    • Monitor competitor activities and performance metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) that can inform our own marketing strategy.

    Customer Insights and Data Analysis :

    • To extract actionable insights from customer data
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and crossselling, and use insights to drive decisionmaking and optimization.

    Qualifications:

    • MBA with relevant experience in Growth marketing/customer acquisition/retention of 3+ years
    • Ability to think strategically and analytically, leveraging data and insights to develop actionable plans and drive business growth.
    • Demonstrated initiative and accountability in driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in formulating hypotheses, conducting experiments, and iterating strategies based on feedback and results.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics, and challenges, maintaining focus.
