    Description


    • In-depth domain knowledge of record-to-report processes such as month end close, consolidation, intercompany, fixed assets and balance sheet reconciliations.


    • Experience in driving transformation projects to successful completion, and ability to work in a global environment.


    • Experience in driving Continuous Process improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma


    • Open to work in flexible working shifts as per process requirements


    • At least yrs. of experience in RTR in International BPOs


    • Experienced in managing UK customers


    • Working experience in SAP, COUPA


    • Change management experience, with multi-functional team management/collaboration experience.


    • Strong communications and presentation skills, the ability to make the complex, detailed information clear and actionable.


    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capability.


    • Strong business acumen and curiosity.


    • An understanding of shared services operating models; experience in a shared services organization.


    • Working knowledge of leading practices in shared services (e.g., CRM, SLAs, KPIs, metrics, and reporting).


    • An understanding of enabling technologies required to support a shared service organization.


    • Good working knowledge of SAP/Oracle and PeopleSoft.


    • Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.


    • Should have the aptitude to identify business improvement opportunities and should have thorough knowledge of technologies used in Finance Transformation initiatives like RPA etc


    • Working location will be Chennai and 100% WFO
