We are an outside, objective partner providing POVs, strategies, and execution services.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time onsite role as a Paid Media Expert at Three% Collective located in Bengaluru. As a Paid Media Expert, you will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive media strategies, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging media platforms to ensure the continuous improvement of our paid media efforts.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ Years experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
    • Proficiency in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and analyze campaign performance
    • Knowledge of media planning and buying, including audience targeting and segmentation
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging media platforms
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Relevant certifications in digital marketing and media platforms are a plus
