Career OpportunitiesWe are looking for a talented CUSTOMER ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE to join our team and contribute to our business growth through exceptional sales and customer service skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through various channels, including leads, natural market, references, and orphan base. You will also be responsible for conducting need analysis, explaining products, and implementing the Need-Based Selling Model.
You will work closely with supervisors to strategize and deliver on business numbers, maintaining a desired persistency ratio. Your goal is to up-sell and cross-sell existing customers, ensuring timely issuance of policies and providing prompt post-sales service.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of field sales experience in any industry, with Insurance/BFSI experience being an added advantage. They must be under 30 years of age and possess a Graduate degree.
