    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Product team to develop UX and UI for new and existing product modules.
    • Conduct user reviews and research before and after building user experience for web, iOS, and Android App.
    • Develop the design book for consistency across all platforms.
    • Drive the user experience in alignment with business goals.
    • Align with the CEO on user journeys being built across the app modules.
    • Work with Tech and Product Head to translate business goals into user journey and further to product modules and tech requirements.
    • Manage strict turn-around-time for each project given by the company CEO and Product Head.
    • Engage critical stakeholders - UI team and Front End team while finalizing the design for new and existing modules.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years' experience as a Product Designer.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
