JOB DESCRIPTION:-
You must to contact the university and tell them about the upcoming trade fair in Dubai.
Their responsibilities include meeting with University at the venue to help with set-up & doing participate in Expo 2023.
Taking immediate response from the university whether to participate in the expo or not
Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success.
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
Manage a team of staff, giving full briefings infront of university.
You'll need to travel to visit University, clients, partners, sponsors, venues and other suppliers.
Explaining relevant information about Expo2023 to University may help them make a quicker decision about whether they want to participate it.
