    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Understand business processes and gather requirements from users through meetings & discussions.
    2. Create essential business analysis documents such as Software Requirement Specs, Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Document, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagram, Screen Mock-ups, and other support docs, along with a User Manual and Knowledge Assessment Checklist.
    3. Lead daily scrum calls for task delegation, updates, and follow-ups.
    4. Execute User Acceptance Testing, including creating a Test Plan and testing newly deployed features based on user requirements.
    5. Identify and report bugs, prioritize deliverables, and conduct retesting after debugging.
    6. Thoroughly test the entire software, present results to stakeholders, and prepare Change Request documents when users alter requirements or seek enhancements.
    7. Presenting our product to clients, demonstrating its features, and gathering insights into their expectations for future releases.
    8. Gain insight into various logistics software through software demos, exploring their existing features, and inquiring about their pricing for better understanding.
    9. Monitor the Revenue metrics, leads, demos, conversion rates, active customers, lost customers, and renewal engagements.

    Requirements:

    1. Need to be familiar with programming languages like Python and R, along with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, SQLite, and MySQL.
    2. Good knowledge/understanding in Jira and Trello for project management and collaboration.
    3. Mastering visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik Sense is essential for enhancing the skill set of a business analyst.
    4. Documentation is crucial for business analysts as it aids in analyzing data, generating reports, and effectively communicating points in client and team meetings.
    5. Good knowledge in Excel for performing calculations, generating reports, and conducting budget analyses to uncover business trends.
