    Description
    Lead the building and setup of an offline sales team focused on tapping in a distributor network for investments.

    • Onboard some high business contribution IFAs / distributors from his personal network
    • Manage the team, setting objectives, and offering feedback to foster a culture of growth and achievement.
    • Architect and execute robust sales strategies to engage the network leading to revenue growth and increase offline distribution revenue across India.
    • Continually analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.
    • Manage and expand distributor networks, ensuring deep market penetration and brand presence.
    • Lead initiatives for process improvement to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Invest in team development, providing training and development opportunities to nurture skills and drive performance.
    • Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies, maintaining high standards of operation.

    Qualifications :

    • 810 years of proven experience in offline sales leadership role, preferably at a regional/national level.
    • Proven track record of hiring, and managing offline sales team
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
    • Extensive knowledge of the investment market
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
    • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
