- Onboard some high business contribution IFAs / distributors from his personal network
- Manage the team, setting objectives, and offering feedback to foster a culture of growth and achievement.
- Architect and execute robust sales strategies to engage the network leading to revenue growth and increase offline distribution revenue across India.
- Continually analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.
- Manage and expand distributor networks, ensuring deep market penetration and brand presence.
- Lead initiatives for process improvement to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Invest in team development, providing training and development opportunities to nurture skills and drive performance.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies, maintaining high standards of operation.
- 810 years of proven experience in offline sales leadership role, preferably at a regional/national level.
- Proven track record of hiring, and managing offline sales team
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of the investment market
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
