• Business Excellence: Ensure the reliability of all Electrical Instrumentation equipment in the captive power plant through maintenance, CAPEX project oversight, and the formulation and monitoring of standard practices across all areas.
• Cost: Partner in planning, budgeting, and implementing Electrical Instrumentation upgrades and maintenance. Drive cost savings through low-cost power imports, process improvements, and vendor development to reduce rework and ensure timely delivery.
• Cash: Collaborate on cost projections, optimize working capital, prevent power outages through proactive maintenance, reduce maintenance costs with internal resources, and ensure optimal power factor to enhance profitability and incentives.
• Customer: Ensure efficient breakdown maintenance, critical spare management, vendor collaboration, seamless data sharing, and quick response times to support internal customers.
• Sustainability Compliance:Lead energy-saving initiatives and ensure statutory compliance.
• Implement sustainable practices and digitization projects.
• Maintain environmental and safety certifications.
• Optimize power consumption and support green initiatives.
• Safety: Implement safety standards and develop safety mechanisms to achieve zero reported incidents. Foster a culture of safety through active participation and adherence to standards.
• People Development: Ensure timely recruitment, performance improvement, competency building, and multiskilling. Manage team engagement, contractual workforce training, and well-being in line with company guidelines.
