    Sanofi Global Hub is aninternal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setupto centralize processes and activities to support Specialty CareVaccines General Medicines CHC CMO and RD Data Digital functions.Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partnerfor tactical deliveries to Medical HEVA and Commercialorganizations in Sanofiglobally.

    Mainresponsibilities:

    TheBiostatistician will work with Medical Affairs biostatisticians andSanofi Global Hub biostatistics and programming personnel toimplement statistical analysis plans and provide QCd data packagesincluding tables figures and listings for use in publications (i.e.abstracts posters oral presentations and manuscripts); TheBiostatistician will ensure SOPs are followed and timelines andquality metrics are met.

    People: 1) Develop andmaintain effective relationships and collaborations with the endstakeholders (Medical community) and local biostatistics andprogramming team members within the allocated Global business unitand product with an objective to develop statistical dataoutputs.

    Performance / Process: 1) Conductappropriate posthoc statistical analyses of clinical trial data. 2)Design develop test implement and document statistical programmingin highlevel software packages e.g. SAS. 3) Produce well documenteddata packages that include tables listings and figures. 4) Closelyfollow QC plans and timelines set by senior members of the SanofiGlobal Hub biostatistics and programming team. 5) Reviewappropriate biomedical and clinical research literature related toassigned project(s).

    Customer: 1) Work closelywith Global Medical Affairs biostatisticians to identifystatistical analysis needs and assist in developing assigneddeliverables.

    AboutYou

    Experience: Masters degree with 36 years(M.Sc.) of experience required /Ph.D. in biostatistics orstatistics or epidemiology and 23 years.

    Softskills: Stakeholder management Ability to manage timelines andAbility to work independently and within a team environment Highproficiency in statistical methods used in the pharmaceuticalindustry Autonomy in the management of activities; ability tomanage multiple conflicting high prioritydeadlines.

    Technical skills: Advance SASprogramming skills SDTM ADaM (CDISC) and other statisticalcomputing software skills in a clinical data environment acrossmultiple therapeutic areas.

    Education: Master ofScience degree or equivalent in Statistics/ Ph.D. in biostatisticsor statistics or epidemiology

    Languages:Excellent English language knowledge written andspoken
