    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at OS Management Consulting Services. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our clients and ensuring compliance with all accounting regulations. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • More than 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred
    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Leadership and supervisory abilities

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
    • Monitor and maintain financial accounting systems and procedures
    • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
    • Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and principles
    • Provide financial advice and support to clients
    • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
