    Service Now Developer Design configure and customize Service Now platform for Daimler in one or more of the following modules

    ITSM(Primary skill, must have) and ITOM, Service Request Management, Integrations Custom reporting, Customer Service Management, Service Portal, Event management, CMDB.

    Experience in working in an agile environment following agile practices Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
    Prepare and produce releases of software components Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
    Have good knowledge about integrations to external tools
    Solve complex business problems by engineering existing and new algorithms
    Experience developing custom applications within the Service Now platform
    Experience in configuration of ITBM modules service requests portals service catalogs etc.
    Experience in Service Now customizations including Server and Client Scripts UI Action.workflow. Flow Design ,administration data import etc.
    Hands on experience on web-based languages Scripting / Angular JS , Java Script, CSS, Jelly, XML , HTML and Glide
    Experience integrating Service Now with other platforms though APIs like SOAP REST and other related applications
    Experience in set up of Service Now integration LDAP SSO Email etc.

    Experience in gathering requirements and implementing them Experience in writing test cases automated tests in Service Now Modify Add Change Forms Fields UI Actions Administrative aspects of Service Now would be an added advantage.


    Responsibilities:
    Enhance and support the Service Now customer facing portal Integrate Service Now with other corporate applications via web services mid server email etc
    Translate design comps and other specifications into working code Build responsive web applications
    Develop middleware API calls for mobile web applications Server-side scripting in Apache Jelly Service Now proprietary

    Certification:
    Any certification in SNOW is must.
