    Job Description:-
    • Lead the design development and implementation of complex mobile applications for the Android platform.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers guiding them in best practices code reviews and problem-solving.
    • Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Architect robust scalable and maintainable solutions considering performance security and usability.
    • Drive the adoption of industry best practices and standards in Android development ensuring code quality readability and maintainability.
    • Research and evaluate new technologies tools and frameworks to enhance the development process and improve application performance.
    • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
    • Optimize application performance memory usage and battery consumption to deliver a seamless user experience.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Android development Hybrid app development incorporating relevant technologies and trends into project implementations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project timelines priorities and deliverables ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and management providing regular updates on project progress challenges and solutions.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies. Primary Skill: Kotlin design patterns MVVM Java
