    JobSummaryTo achieveour ambitious goal we are looking for a Sr. Business DevelopmentExecutive (BDE) who is proactive in nature and works in a presalesand sales role and generates leads on his/her own using differentmethods (B2B portals emails cold calls) from the enterprisecustomersegment.
    Opportunity:Inthis role you will be responsible for driving new sales and thegrowth of our company in the enterprise segment. The person in thisrole will pioneer some of our biggest deals by landing new logosand formalizing enterprisewide relationships with companies. Youwill gain knowledge and experience in the newage industry of SaaSandcloud.
    Impact:Asa Senior Business Development Executive you will work with salesand leadership teams to unlock new relationships at largeorganizations and evolve our B2B revenue engine. You ll also havesupport from our growing Sales Product Marketing Customer Successand Engineering teams to maximize the value and success of yourefforts. Over the next few years our company seeks to establish andgrow a team. As a pioneering member of that team you ll haveopportunities to manage future AEs if that career path interestsyou.
    Responsibilities
    • Identifypotential customer targets from enterprise/corporatesegments.
    • Research keycontacts of Architects MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing)Consultants and PMC (Project Management Consultants) for CommercialReal Estateprojects
    • Closelyworking with various stakeholders (horizontally &vertically) on the new project requirements and gettingspecificationsincorporated
    • Collaboratewith the internal sales team & external partnerstakeholders in the sales and specificationjourney
    • Applyconsultative sales skills to build relationships withstakeholders
    • Closedeals acquire new customers generaterevenue

    Were looking for someonewho
    • Ispassionate about sales and technologyproducts
    • Has provenexperience of 35 years in the Building material industry andpromoting specifying and selling products/solutions to variousstakeholders for the architects MEP (Mechanical Electrical andPlumbing) consultants and PMC (Project Management Consultant)community
    • Hasexperience of working with consultants architects design &build HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) consultantslighting consultants PMC (Project Management Consultant) andSpecifying our products and solutions getting necessaryapprovals.
    • Team playerwith excellent oral & written communication andpresentation skills and must be able to articulate technology& product positioning to both business & technicalusers.
    • Has knowledgeof the technical specifications procurement process decisionmakingcriteria processes used in the industryetc
    • Is extremelymotivated to succeed and is a problemsolver
    • Knowledge ofcomplex decisionmaking groups (or ability to grasp thisquickly)
    • Proven trackrecord of planning salespipeline
    • Wellorganized analytical detailoriented and qualityminded able toeliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptiveapproaches.
