    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Storage Admin Engineer to oversee the operations and transition of our storage infrastructure, including SAN NAS backup and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and maintaining enterprise storage systems and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our storage environment.

    Responsibilities:
    - Manage and Maintain Storage Systems: Oversee the daily operations of SAN NAS and cloud storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
    - Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
    - Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
    - Transition and Migration: Lead storage transition and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
    - Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize storage performance, addressing any issues proactively.
    - Security and Compliance: Ensure storage systems comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
    - Automation: Develop scripts and tools to automate storage management tasks.
    - Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, including network security and application development, to support storage needs.
    - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    - Proficiency in managing NetApp EMC or similar storage systems.
    - Strong knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
    - Experience with Azure cloud storage platforms.
    - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong scripting skills, e.g., Perl Bash.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    - Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior storage administrators.
    - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes.

    Certifications Required:
    Relevant certifications, such as ITIL CCNA or EMC, are preferred.
