The Content Developer position in the Digital Content team offers young, motivated and energetic individuals an opportunity to be an integral part of Pratham's Digital work across the country.

This person will play an important role in developing and curating content, designing engaging activities and organizing various online/offline exposure workshops/visits for children.

Their main responsibilities are as follows –Designing & Creation:

Designing age appropriate content packages on environment educationWriting scripts & prompts for videos, posters, social media challenges etc.

Ideating, planning, creating and coordinating content productionDesigning activities, challenges, competitions on various environmental themesCoordination & Communication:

Coordinating with different teams to create and/or curate engaging contentIdentifying possible collaborators like organizations, subject experts etc.
Communicating with external partners to create content packages and activities.

Assessment:

Design digital/ non digital assessmentsCreate, review, upload question bank on appropriate digital platformsPilots & Training:

Designing and conducting environment workshops, trainingConducting and monitoring pilots and/or roll out of programsDesired Qualifications, Skills and AbilitiesRequired:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Mass Media or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication inEnglish and Hindi both (Any other Indian language would be advantageous)Creative writing skills, especially for videos and other digital contentAn aptitude for researchProficient in use of MS Word, Excel, PPT, Google SuiteWillingness to travel and stay in remote locations as per project requirementAbility to learn on the job, readiness to take up challenges and resolve issues on the goPreferred (but not mandatory):

Past experience in digital content creationPast experience of working with children in education sectorAlthough past experience is advantageous, freshers are encouraged to apply as well
