ResponsibilitiesYou will manage & lead multiple teams of software leadership, engineers, providing both technical and managerial leadership across people, processes, and technology.

Empower to design, develop, deliver, and operate AI-enabled full-stack, high-value, cloud-based applications, and experiencesYou will inspire and motivate the teams by aligning towards DEX (Digital Employee Experience) vision, apply transformation recognizing development progress and continuous improvementParticipate and guide strategic technical design discussions across teamsPartner with stakeholders in planning, execution and management of resources, roadmap, and releasesMaintain strategic relationships with important partners to help your team succeedParticipate in planning, resourcing, execution with teamsFoster engineering excellence and a collaborative cultureKeep team unified to the our goalsImprove team processes and validate scope estimationsCollaborate with management and executives to build data-informed business strategy for the teamMentor and help engineers to plan and build their career pathsSet and fulfil the engineering hiring plan for the team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewingMaintain high quality, performance and availability of services managedBuild healthy inclusive teams promoting diversityMinimum QualificationsBachelor or master's in computer science or related field12+ yrs of experience in software development5+ years' experience building and leading engineering teamsAccountable with a understanding of scaled Agile development practices, tooling, and a broad knowledge of full software development lifecycleEnthusiasm for technologies, complex problems, and building thingsKnowledge and solid experience with web technology stacks, public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Serverless architectures, APIs, and AI models.
